- Do Project Control job with minimum 5 years experience

- Understand about construction contract refer to FIDIC

- Understand about variation order & change order

- Understand about construction work flow

- Mastering letter & correspondence 

- Mastering schedule & cost control

- Mastering monthly progress payment claim
