Teleperformance Indonesia is looking for Customer Service Japanese Speaker (日本語)

テレパフォーマンス・インドネシアでは、カスタマーサービス（日本語話者）を募集しています。

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree any Major
2. Minimum GPA 2,75
3. Fresh Graduated are welcome
4. Able to speak in English
5. Fluent in Japanese ( N3 or above more preferred)
6. Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday
7. Willing to work in Jakarta

Responsibilities:
1. Handle customers by Calls/Chat/Email (All LOB)
2. Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
3. Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
4. Documenting All Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
5. Complete All Call Logs
6. Updating customers profile into computer
7. Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
